Brazil : Extension of Deadline for Issuing Final Determination in Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Carbon Steel Pipe Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 225/2016 of 2 March 2016 regarding the preliminary determination of the anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain carbon steel pipe of circular cross section, with an outside diameter not exceeding 374 mm, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7304.31.10, 7304.31.90, 7304.39.10, 7304.39.20 and 7304.39.90 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 65/2016 on 20 July 2016 to extend the deadline of issuing a final determination of the AD investigation to 14 March 2017.
