Brazil : Preliminary Determination in Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Types of Steel Flat Bars Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 64/2016 of 12 January 2016 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain types of alloy steel flat bars, other than of high-speed steel, of a thickness of at least 4.5 mm but not more than 60 mm and a width of at least 50 mm but not more than 150 mm, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7228.30.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Circular No. 35/2016 on 8 June 2016 announcing a negative preliminary determination of AD investigation without imposing any preliminary measures.
