Commercial Information Circular No. 690/2016

Brazil : Final Determination in Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain PVC Coated with Textile Reinforcement Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1100/2015 of 18 November 2015 regarding the preliminary affirmative determination of the anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain polyvinyl chloride with coated textile reinforcement on both sides classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 3921.90.19 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 51 on 23 June 2016 announcing its final affirmative determination. Therefore, the aforementioned products will be subject to AD duties ranging from US$2.02 to US$2.31 per tonne for a period of five years.
