Brazil : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Agricultural Tyres Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Circular No. 83/2015 on 21 December 2015 announcing the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against new rubber tyres of diagonal construction used for agricultural or forestry vehicles, implements, harvesters and machinery classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur¹) Common Classification (NCM) codes 4011.61.00, 4011.62.00, 4011.63.90, 4011.69.90, 4011.92.10, 4011.92.90, 4011.93.00 and 4011.99.10 originating in the Mainland of China.
