Brazil : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Steel Stranded Wires Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Circular No. 43/2016 on 18 July 2016 announcing its initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against high-carbon steel stranded wire, with a high tensile strength and low relaxation, having three or seven wires, also known as low relaxation strand or pre-stressed concrete strand classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7312.10.90 originating in the Mainland of China.
