Commercial Information Circular No. 605/2016

Colombia : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Footwear Originating in the Mainland of China
 

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1253/2015 of 31 December 2015 regarding the preliminary affirmative determination of the anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain footwear with leather, synthetic and textile uppers classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 6402.19.00, 6402.20.00, 6402.91.00, 6402.99.10, 6402.99.90, 6403.19.00, 6403.20.00, 6403.40.00, 6403.51.00, 6403.59.00, 6403.91.10, 6403.91.90, 6403.99.10, 6403.99.90, 6404.11.10, 6404.11.20, 6404.19.00, 6404.20.00, 6405.10.00, 6405.20.00 and 6405.90.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 97/2016 on 8 July 2016 announcing its final negative determination of the AD investigation.  The investigation was thus terminated without the imposition of any AD measures.  The Colombian Resolution (in Spanish) is available at: http://www.mincit.gov.co/descargar.php?id=78654.
