Peru : Amendment on Anti-dumping Order against Certain Poplin Fabrics Originating in the Mainland China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 298/2016 of 1 April 2016 regarding the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain poplin fabrics classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 5407.81.000, 5407.82.000, 5512.11.0000, 5512.19.0000, 5513.11.0000, 5513.21.000, 5514.11.000 and 5514.21.0000 originating in the Mainland of China, the Peruvian government issued a Resoultion No. 87/2016 on 23 May 2016 announcing its amendment on the subject AD duty order. Imports of the subject Chinese merchandise will be subject to an AD duty of US$1.09 per kilogramme.
