Brazil : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Agricultural Tyres Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 65/2016 of 12 January 2016 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against new rubber tyres of diagonal construction used for agricultural or forestry vehicles, implements, harvesters and machinery classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 4011.61.00, 4011.62.00, 4011.63.90, 4011.69.90, 4011.92.10, 4011.92.90, 4011.93.00 and 4011.99.10 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Circular No. 23/2016 on 18 April 2016 announcing an affirmative preliminary determination of AD investigation without imposing provisional measures.
