Argentina : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty on Steel Cutlery Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 85/2016 on 29 March 2016 announcing the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty on stainless steel cutlery, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8211.10.00, 8211.91.00, 8215.20.00 and 8215.99.10 originating in the Mainland of China. The Chinese products are subject to an AD duty of 146.46%. The Argentine Resolution (in Spanish) is available at:
