Argentina : Termination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Plastic Pools Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 303/2015 of 29 April 2015 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain plastic pools with a capacity of at least 500 litres but not exceeding 24,000 litres, except those reinforced with fibre glass, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 9506.99.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 83/2016 announcing its termination of the subject investigation without imposition of any AD measures.
