Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Aluminium Cooking Utensils Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 21 December 2015 announcing its preliminary determination that aluminium cooking utensils classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) 7615.10.99 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to an anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$3.74 per kilogramme for a Mainland company. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$4.10 per kilogramme.
