Brazil : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Cuticle Pliers Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 412/2015 of 18 May 2015 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain cuticle pliers classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8214.20.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Circular No. 65/2015 on 14 October 2015 announcing its final negative determination of the AD investigation without imposition of any AD duties.
