Brazil : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Cuticle Pliers Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 412/2015 of 18 May 2015 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain cuticle pliers classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur¹) Common Classification (NCM) code 8214.20.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Circular No. 65/2015 on 14 October 2015 announcing its final negative determination of the AD investigation without imposition of any AD duties.
