Brazil : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Glass Mirrors Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1101/2015 of 18 November 2015 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain glass mirrors, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Resolution No. 10/2016 on 19 February 2016 announcing its final determination that certain glass mirrors classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7009.91.00 originating in the Mainland of China, will be subject to AD duties ranging from US$388.73 to US$415.32 per tonne.
