Brazil : Renewal of Anti-dumping Orders on Certain Blankets and Pens Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued two Resolutions Nos. 11/2016 and 12/2016 on 19 February 2016 announcing its determination to extend for an additional five years of the antidumping (AD) orders on synthetic fibre blankets classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur¹) Common Classification (NCM) code 6301.40.00 and ball-point pens classified under NCM 9608.10.00 originating in the Mainland of China. Imports of blanks originating in Mainland China will be subject to AD duties ranging from US$3.61 to US$5.22 per kilogramme (kg), while the imports of pens will be subject to an AD duty of US$14.52/kg.
