Brazil : Renewal of Anti-dumping Orders on Certain Blankets and Pens Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued two Resolutions Nos. 11/2016 and 12/2016 on 19 February 2016 announcing its determination to extend for an additional five years of the antidumping (AD) orders on synthetic fibre blankets classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 6301.40.00 and ball-point pens classified under NCM 9608.10.00 originating in the Mainland of China. Imports of blanks originating in Mainland China will be subject to AD duties ranging from US$3.61 to US$5.22 per kilogramme (kg), while the imports of pens will be subject to an AD duty of US$14.52/kg.
