Argentina : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty on Electrical Connection Terminals Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 987/2015 on 24 September 2015 announcing the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty on electrical connection terminals for cable with diameters up to 35 square millimeters classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8536.10.00, 8536.50.00 and 8536.90.90 originating in the Mainland of China. For a period of five years from 24 September 2015, the Chinese imports are subject to an AD duty of 208%.
