Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Large Diameter Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe from the Mainland of China: Initiation of Investigations
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 24 March 2016 announcing the initiation of investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of large diameter carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from the Mainland of China, amongst certain other countries. The concerned goods are usually classified under the Harmonized System classification numbers 7305.11.00.21, 7305.11.00.29,7305.12.00.20, 7305.19.00.21 and 7305.19.00.29.
