US : Antidumping Action against Large Residential Washers from the Mainland of China : Initiation of Investigation
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) announced in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 22 December 2015 the initiation of antidumping duty investigation to determine whether imports of large residential washers from the Mainland of China were being, or were likely to be, sold in the US at less than fair value. The relevant FR notice on the initiation of antidumping duty investigation is available at https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2015-12-22/pdf/2015-32083.pdf. Written submissions should reach ITC on or before 11 January 2016.
