Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Steel Wire Rod Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 22 December 2015 announcing its preliminary determination that steel wire rod classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) 7213.10.01, 7213.20.01, 7213.91.01, 7213.91.02, 7213.99.01, 7213.99.99, 7227.10.01, 7227.20.01, 7227.90.01, 7227.90.99 and 7615.10.99 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to an anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$0.49 per kilogramme. Included within the scope of this investigation are both definitive and temporary importations of subject merchandise as well as steel wire rod imported within the framework of Mexico's "Eight Rule" mechanism under HTSMX 9802.00.01, 9802.00.07, 9802.00.13, 9802.00.19 and 9802.00.23.
