Brazil : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 574/2015 of 26 June 2015 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 3907.60.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Circular No. 67/2015 on 23 October 2015 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the AD investigation without imposition of any provisional measures.
