Colombia : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Iron and Steel Wire Rods Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 663/2015 of 16 July 2015 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain iron and steel wire rods, of circular cross section with an inner diameter of less than 14 mm, and with carbon content lower than 0.45% by weight classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 7213.91.10.10, 7213.91.90.10, 7227.90.00.11 and 7227.90.00.90 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 166/2015 on 29 September 2015 announcing its preliminary determination of the AD investigation. The Chinese products are subject to a provisional AD duty if its FOB price is below a minimum FOB export price of US$541.06 per tonne, with effective from 29 September 2015.
