Brazil : Extension of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Magnesium Ingots Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Resolution No. 91/2015 on 25 September 2015 to extend the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on magnesium ingots classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8104.11.00 and 8104.19.00 originating in the Mainland of China for a period of five years with effect from 25 September 2015. Imports from Mainland companies will be subject to an AD duty of US$1.18 per kilogram. The Brazilian Resolution (in Portuguese) is available at: http://www.camex.gov.br/legislacao/interna/id/1454.
