Argentina: Conformity Certificate Requirements for Printed Materials

The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas' in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 685/2015 on 3 December 2015 to require printed materials to be sold in Argentina to obtain a conformity certificate for compliance with the heavy metal migration limits of Table 1 of standard IRAM NM 300-3 issued by an authorised certification body, with effect from 2 February 2016.  Daily and periodic publications are excluded from the conformity certificate requirement.
