Argentina: Modifications to the Provisions of Anti-dumping Duties on Steel Cutlery Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina announced its modifications to the provisions of the anti-dumping (AD) duties on stainless steel cutlery classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8211.10.00, 8211.91.00, 8215.20.00 and 8215.99.10 originating in the Mainland of China. The modifications are summarised as follows:

  1. exclude two companies (Volf S.A. and Fermabras S.A.) from the AD measure; and

  2. set an AD duty of 210% for the subject products for one company (CINCAM S.A.C.I.F.A).
