Argentina : Amendment on Anti-dumping Orders against Dishware and Certain Water Pumps Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina has amended the anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on (a) dishware, loose articles of dishware, dining, coffee and tea table sets and accessories classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 6911.10.10, 6911.10.90, 6911.90.00 and 6912.00.00; and (b) certain water or liquid refrigrent pumps classified under code 8413.30.90 as follows:

(a) Dishware

The products originating in the Mainland of China are subject to an AD duty if its FOB price is below a minimum FOB export price of US$3.71 per kilogram, with effective from 24 September 2015 for five years.

(b) Water Pumps

The AD duty of the subject products originating in the Mainland of China is amended to 246%, with effective from 25 September 2015 for five years.
