Canada: Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe from the Mainland of China: Initiation of Investigations
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 28 August 2015 announcing the initiation of investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from the Mainland of China, amongst certain other countries. On 31 August 2015, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued a notice announcing the commencement of a preliminary injury inquiry to determine whether the alleged dumped or subsidized imports had caused injury or retardation or were threatening to cause injury to the Canadian industry.
