Brazil : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Float Glass Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 760/2014 of 19 August 2014 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain float glass, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 121/2014 on 19 December 2014 announcing its final determination that from 19 December 2014 to 18 December 2019, certain float glass of a thickness between 2 and 19 millimetres, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1)Common Classification (NCM) code 7005.29.00 originating in the Mainland of China, will be subject to an AD duty from US$179.46 to US$392.55 per tonne for certain Mainland companies. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$392.55 per tonne.
