Colombia : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Ceramic Tiles and Coatings Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 176/2015 of 9 March 2015 regarding Colombia’s initiation of its anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain ceramic tiles and coatings, classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 6907.90.00.00 and 6908.90.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 99/2015 on 27 May 2015 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the AD investigation without imposition of any provisional measures.
