Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Ceramic Insulators Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 136/2015 of 13 February 2015 regarding Argentina's preliminary determination of its anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain ceramic insulators, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8546.20.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 410/2015 on 4 June 2015 announcing its final AD determination that for a period of five years from 4 June 2015, imports of the subject product originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to an AD duty of 227.74%.
