Colombia: Minimum Descriptions on Import Declarations for Textile Products
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 523/2015 of 11 June 2015 requiring the minimum descriptions in Spanish on import declarations, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 41/2015 on 23 April 2015 to establish further requirements for textile products of Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule chapters 50 to 63. The margins of acceptance of the discrepancy between the actual and described total width, weight, and fibre content are:
