Commercial Information Circular No. 572/2015

Argentina : Inclusion of Port of Neuquén under the "Specialised Customs" Regime

The Argentine government issued Resolution No. 6/2015 on 11 May 2015 to include the Port of Neuquén under the "Specialised Customs" regime (Régimen de "Aduanas Especializadas" (in Spanish)), allowing it to process imports of goods classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur¹) Common Classification (NCM) chapter 82, and headings 8307, 8421, 8467, 8471, 8473, 8531, 8536, and 8544.
