Commercial Information Circular No. 518/2015
Uruguay: Establishment of Various Customs Regulations
The Uruguayan government issued Decrees No. 23/2015, No. 25/2015, No. 28/2015 and No. 29/2015 on 20 March 2015 to establish various customs regulations, including requirements for:
(a) parties involved in customs activities;
(b) customs controls in free trade zone;
(c) special customs regimes governing merchandise returns, consignment and substitution of merchandise; and
(d) customs deposits in bonded warehouses.
