Brazil : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Ferrite Magnets Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 974/2014 of 10 November 2014 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain ferrite magnets, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Resolution No. 31/2015 on 29 April 2015 announcing its final determination that from 4 May 2015 to 4 May 2020, ferrite magnets in segment (arc) form classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8505.19.10 originating in the Mainland of China, will be subject to an AD duty of US$1,987.45 to US$3,382.6 per tonne for certain Mainland companies. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$3,382.6 per tonne.
