Commercial Information Circular No. 413/2015

Peru : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Steel Tube Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1011/2013 of 16 December 2013 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain steel tube, the Peruvian government issued Report No. 49/2015 on 6 April 2015 announcing its affirmative final determination that certain hot-rolled welded steel tube classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 7306.30.99.00, 7306.61.00.00 and 7306.90.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, will be subject to an AD duty of US$60.7 to US$89.8 per tonne for a period of three years, with effect from 6 April 2015 for certain Mainland companies. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$89.8 per tonne.
