Argentina: Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Centrifugal Pumps Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 845/2014 of 18 September 2014 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain centrifugal pumps, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 243/2015 on 15 April 2015 announcing its affirmative final determination that non self-priming centrifugal pumps with a maximum flow between 100 l/min and 1,000 l/min and power between 0.1875 kW (0.25 HP) and 5.625 kW (7.5 HP), classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8413.70.80 and 8413.70.90 originating in the Mainland of China, will be subject to an AD duty from US$90.7 to US$278.3 per unit for five years, with effect from 15 April 2015.
