Colombia: Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Coloured Float Glass Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 91/2015 of 17 January 2015 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain coloured float glass, classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 7005.21.11.00 and 7005.21.90.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 64/2015 on 20 April 2015 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the AD investigation and that for a period of four months with effect from 20 April 2015, certain coloured float glass will be subject to a minimum free on board (FOB) price of US$0.39 per kilogrammes.
