  2. completing a prior import licence form;
  3. providing a technical report from the National Institute of Technology, Standardisation and Metrology (INTN) (for footwear); and

  1. a packing list with NCM code at 8-digit level;
  2. a legal commercial invoice with detailed description and the unit price of the product;
  3. a bill of lading;
  4. a tax compliance certificate issued by the State Under-Secretariat for Taxes of the Ministry of Finance; and
  5. the registration in Importers Registry (for footwear); or
  6. an invoice showing payment of the applicable fee (for textiles and apparel product).
Invoices confirming the origin of the goods must be endorsed by the consular office of the country of origin or the place of acquisition of the goods, or in the absence of which, the nearest consular office to the place of acquisition or shipment of the goods.
