Brazil : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Grooved Copper Tubes Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 42/2014 of 7 January 2014 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain copper tubes, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued Resolution No. 10/2015 on 5 March 2015 announcing its affirmative final determination that from 5 March 2015 to 5 March 2020, certain grooved copper tubes, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7411.10.90 originating in the Mainland of China, will be subject to an AD duty from US$1,599.39 to US$2,129.08 per tonne for certain Mainland companies. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$2,129.08 per tonne.
