Brazil : Termination of the Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Acrylic Sheets Allegedly Originating in Hong Kong
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 951/2013 of 28 November 2013 regarding the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain acrylic sheets classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 3920.51.00 allegedly originating in, inter alia, Hong Kong, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade of Brazil published Circular No. 18/2015 on 25 March 2015 announcing its termination of the AD investigation.
2. According to the Circular, Brazil's investigation concluded that there was insufficient evidence of the existence of injury to its domestic industry caused by imports of acrylic sheets. As a result, the AD investigation was terminated.
