Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Photovoltaic Modules and Laminates from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determinations
On 5 March 2015, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidising in respect of certain concrete photovoltaic modules and laminates originating in or exported from the Mainland of China. The estimated margins of dumping were found to be in the range of 9.1% - 202%, whereas the estimated amounts of subsidy in the range of 9.14% - 286.1%.
