Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Tennis Balls Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 14/2015 on 23 January 2015 announcing its final affirmative anti-dumping (AD) determination against tennis balls classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 9506.61.00 originating in the Mainland of China. For a period of five years from 23 January 2015, tennis balls for competition in pressurised tubes will be subject to an AD duty of US$0.12 per ball, while loose tennis balls will be subject to an AD duty of US$0.52 per ball for certain Mainland companies.
