Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Ammonium Sulphate Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 19 February 2015 announcing its preliminary determination that with effect from 20 February 2015, ammonium sulphate classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) 3102.21.01 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to an anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$0.1782 per net kilogramme.
