Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Electrical Insulators of Ceramics Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1023/2013 of 17 December 2013 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain electrical insulators of ceramics, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 1105/2014 on 30 December 2014 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination that for a period of four months from 23 January 2015, certain electrical insulators of ceramics classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8546.20.00 originating in the Mainland of China, will be subject to a provisional AD duty of 197.75% for certain Mainland companies.
