Argentina : Termination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Road Wheels Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 1074/2014 on 23 December 2014 announcing a final negative determination of its anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain road wheels with a nominal diameter exceeding 444.5 mm (17.5 inches) but less than 622.3 mm (24.5 inches), and a nominal width of at least 152.4 mm (6 inches), for use in buses, lorries, trailers and semi-trailers classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8708.70.90 and 8716.90.90 originating in the Mainland of China. The investigation was thus terminated without the imposition of any AD measures.
