Commercial Information Circular No. 1253/2015

Colombia : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Footwear Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 552/2015 of 18 June 2015 regarding Colombia's initiation of its anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain footwear with leather, synthetic and textile uppers classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 6402.19.00, 6402.20.00, 6402.91.00, 6402.99.10, 6402.99.90, 6403.19.00, 6403.20.00, 6403.40.00, 6403.51.00, 6403.59.00, 6403.91.10, 6403.91.90, 6403.99.10, 6403.99.90, 6404.11.10, 6404.11.20, 6404.19.00, 6404.20.00,  6405.10.00, 6405.20.00 and 6405.90.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 164/2015 on 22 September 2015 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the AD investigation without imposition of any provisional measures.
