Mercosur1 : Extension of Tariff Rate on Toys

Further to Commercial Information Circular (CIC) No. 172/2015 of 9 March 2015 regarding the extension of tariff rate on toys, the Southern Common Market (Mercosur) issued Decision No. 28/2015 on 1 July 2015 to extend until 31 December 2021 the application of tariff rate up to the WTO bound rates of 35% on toys classified under Mercosur Common Classification (NCM) codes 9503.00.10, 9503.00.21, 9503.00.22, 9503.00.31, 9503.00.39, 9503.00.40, 9503.00.50, 9503.00.60, 9503.00.70, 9503.00.80, 9503.00.91, 9503.00.97, 9503.00.98 and 9503.00.99.
