Commercial Information Circular No. 1053/2015

Chile : Elimination of Requirements for Imported Pharmaceutical Products

The Chilean government issued Exempt Resolution No. 2265/2015 on 30 July 2015 to eliminate certain information requirements for imported pharmaceutical products. Sanitary registry holders of pharmaceutical products are not required to submit a quarterly report that indicates all registered pharmaceutical products imported, produced or distributed during the preceding quarter to the Public Health Institute of Chile ("Instituto de Salud Pública de Chile" in Spanish).
