Colombia : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Citric Acid and Sodium Citrate Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 557/2014 of 11 June 2014 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping investigation against certain citric acid and sodium citrate classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 2918.14.00.00 and 2918.15.30.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian government issued Resolution No. 172/2014 on 20 August 2014 announcing an affirmative preliminary determination without imposing any provisional measures. The Division is responsible for, among others, conducting antidumping investigations, and guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong province in responding to antidumping investigations against products from the Guangdong Province.
