Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Transformers Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 308/2014 on 2 July 2014 announcing its final determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation that from 2 July 2014 to 1 July 2019, certain liquid dielectric transformers having a power higher than 10,000 kilovolt-ampere (kVA) but not exceeding 600,000 kVA classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8504.23.00 originating in the Mainland of China, will be subject to an AD duty of 54%.
