Commercial Information Circular No. 844/2014

Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Ceramic, Marbles and Glass Tiles Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 309/2014 on 2 July 2014 announcing its final determination of anti-dumping (AD) determination that from 2 July 2014 to 1 July 2019, certain ceramic, marbles and glass tiles classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 6802.10.00, 6802.91.00, 6907.10.00, 6907.90.00, 6908.10.00, 6908.90.00, 7016.10.00 and 7016.90.00 originating in the Mainland of China, will be subject to the following AD duty:

  Products AD Duty (US$ per square meter)
(i) Ceramic 50.03
(ii) Marbles and travertine 108.69
(iii) Glass 11.42
