Brazil : Termination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Cuticle Pliers Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 570/2014 of 17 June 2014 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain cuticle pliers, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Circular No. 47/2014 on 15 August 2014 announcing its termination of AD investigation against certain cuticle pliers classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8214.20.00.
